RandyvoPrivacy Policy
Randyvo is a private space for a married couple, so your privacy is the foundation of the app. This page explains plainly what we collect and what we do not.
What we collect
Account data: your email address if you sign up with one. You can also use the app as a guest with no email or phone number.
Profile data: the name you choose, whether you are the husband or the wife, and your country so content can be shown in your dialect.
Couple content: wishes, card answers, daily mood, signals, dates, occasions and their dates, dictionary names, and text and voice chat messages.
Your device notification identifier, so we can alert you when a message arrives. The alert text is generic and never contains the message.
The avatar you pick from the app’s built-in drawings. Your lock PIN and biometrics never leave your device.
We do not collect your location, contacts or photos, and we use no advertising trackers.
How we use it
Only to run the app: linking you to your partner and showing the two of you what belongs to you.
Your hidden content (wishes before they are revealed, your answers and your signal) is not sent to your partner’s phone at all until the app’s rules reveal it.
We look only at aggregate numbers (such as the number of users and wishes) to improve the app.
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers or third parties for marketing.
Where it is stored and how it is protected
Data is stored with our hosting provider, Supabase, in a data center in the European Union (Frankfurt), and everything travels over an encrypted connection.
Access to content is restricted by server-side rules that stop any user from reading another user’s data.
For transparency: in this version content is stored on the server without end-to-end encryption, so the operating team could technically access it for maintenance. We do not look at it in normal operation, and we are working on full encryption.
Deleting your data
In the app: More → Delete account. Your account and all data shared with your partner are deleted immediately and permanently.
Or email us from your account’s address at the contact below and we will delete the account within 30 days.
Clearing a chat deletes it for both of you immediately.
Age
The app is for married adults only (18 and over). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger, and we delete any account we learn belongs to a minor.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app evolves. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the last-updated date shown at the top.
